For products that are shipped incorrectly, returns will be accepted for refund or exchange at our discretion, within 30 days from order receipt.

The product will be tested when it is returned to us and if it is not defective, we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee.
If you do not make a replacement order, we will still refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable), and COMPTICK.COM will pay the return freight.
