Shipping Policy
Shipment time depends on stock availability, however, most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. For items that are in stock and we receive your order before 1pm PST your order will ship the same day. Please note that if your item is not in stock we will inform you via email but you will not receive your until the item comes into stock and then ships out to you.
We offer a range of shipment options and use USPS to ship our products. Please remember to count ‘business days’ which only equate to weekdays when counting delivery time.
Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by COMPTICK.COM or items received that are defective on arrival. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of our error, we will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to us. If through no fault of COMPTICK.COM the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred.
