Non-Defective Returns

We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange based on the value of the item at the time when the RMA was issued, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees, the return must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to COMPTICK.COM. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Dept.

We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee per item if the product is not received by us in completely re-salable condition. Examples of this would include if the box is opened, the product is damaged, or the box is marred with writing other than the shipping label. 

Defective returns 

Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date. If you place a replacement order for the same product or a similar product of higher value, we will refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable) on the original order, and COMPTICK.COM will pay the return freight.

If you do not make a replacement order, we will still refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable), and COMPTICK.COM will pay the return freight.

In either case, after 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply (if any).

Return Procedures

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization  number (RMA). To request an RMA number, Please complete the Return Request page. RMA number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY. 

In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by COMPTICK.COM
