Order status and tracking

 

It is easy for you to check the status of your order and track your shipments. When you place your order, you are given an Order Number. Your order details and order number will be confirmed with an e-mail within five minutes after you place your order. You may track that Order by clicking on the link you receive with the confirmation email. Or you can go to YAHOO-SHOPPING and click on Order Status. You can also check by entering your Order ID here to check on its status. If you have a Yahoo! ID, please sign in

 Once we ship your order you will get an order status email with your order tracking number.

 

 (5) Shipping Policy


Shipment time depends on stock availability, however, most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. For items that are in stock and we receive your order before 1pm PST your order will ship the same day. Please note that if your item is not in stock we will inform you via email but you will not receive your until the item comes into stock and then ships out to you.

We offer a range of shipment options and use USPS and UPS to ship our products.  Please remember to count ‘business days’ which only equate to weekdays when counting delivery time.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by COMPTICK.COM or items received that are defective on arrival. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of our error, we will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to us. If through no fault of COMPTICK.COM the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred.

 

Returns Policy

The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive the product.

We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us immediately for a Return Merchandize Authorization Number by completing the RMA-Request form.

Non-Defective Returns

We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange based on the value of the item at the time when the RMA was issued, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees, the return must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to COMPTICK.COM. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Dept.

We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee per item if the product is not received by us in completely re-salable condition. Examples of this would be if the product is damaged, or the box is marred with writing other than the shipping label. 

Defective returns 

For products that are defective on arrival, returns will be accepted for refund, exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date. The return shipping is paid by us in such instances.
If the item is fails or is found to be defective after the 30 days, we will replace the item but we cannot refund shipping in this instance.

If you do not make a replacement order, we will still refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable), and COMPTICK.COM will pay the return freight.

In either case, after 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply (if any) and this varies from product to product.

Return Procedures

All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization  number (RMA). To request an RMA number, Please complete the Return Request page. An RMA number will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue.

Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY. 

In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
