Returns Policy
The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you
to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When
you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days.
If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and
might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return
until we receive the product.
We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us
immediately for a Return Merchandize Authorization Number by completing
the
RMA-Request form.
Non-Defective Returns
We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or
exchange based on the value of the item at the time when the RMA was
issued, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees,
the return must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and
you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to COMPTICK.COM. We
suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking
numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our
Returns Dept.
We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee per item if the
product is not received by us in completely re-salable condition.
Examples of this would be if the product is damaged, or the box is
marred with writing other than the shipping label.
Defective returns
For products that are defective on arrival, returns will be
accepted for refund, exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30
days from the shipment date. The return shipping is paid by us in such
instances.
If the item is fails or is found to be defective after the 30 days, we
will replace the item but we cannot refund shipping in this instance.
If you do not make a replacement order, we will still refund the
shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable), and
COMPTICK.COM will pay the return freight.
In either case, after 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the
manufacturer’s warranty apply (if any) and this varies from product to
product.
Return Procedures
All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
To request an RMA number, Please complete the
Return Request page. An RMA number will be emailed to you within
1-2 business days. RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after
issue.
Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the
return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX
ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned
item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition,
with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and
software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that
does not meet these requirements.
