Warranty Replacement

We are defined as the product reseller; we are not responsible for technical failure of products. However we honor our merchandise with a fixed-term warranty, depending on the specific part.

After 30 days, if the item fails within the specified warranty period, then Comptick will replace the item. The warranty period is effective from the date of THE FIRST PURCHASE delivery. After 30 days, you must pay the return freight - we suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Dept.

If you need an advanced replacement, you will be required to place a new order and the replacement will be sent within one business day. Otherwise the replacement will be sent when we have received and tested the defective part/s in question.
